When Should I Start My Bridal Skin Preparation?

Ideally, your skin preparation should begin early enough to allow your skin to respond to treatments and for any concerns to be addressed gradually.

For any Botox or Filler I recommend having treatment a minimum of 4 weeks from your wedding if it is your first tim.

6–12 Months Before

This is the ideal time to book your consultation, map out your treatment plan and get your skincare routine in place. Starting skincare early gives us time to improve skin quality gradually, while planning any treatments around your priorities and allowing plenty of time for results to develop and settle.

3–6 Months Before

This is when we start the main treatment phase. Depending on your plan, this might include a course of microneedling or peels, Profhilo or polynucleotides, collagen-stimulating treatments, or carefully timed anti-wrinkle treatment. The aim is to give your skin time to respond, build results gradually and leave room to review and refine before the wedding

6–12 Weeks Before

This is the refinement phase. We can focus on hydration, glow and any finishing treatments, while making sure everything has enough time to settle properly before the wedding. It’s also a good point to review how your skin has responded and make any final adjustments to your plan.

Close to Your Wedding

Less is more. At this stage, I favour familiar, predictable treatments and avoid anything that could create unnecessary downtime or uncertainty before the day.

Every bride is different, so your exact treatment timeline will be personalised to you.

Beautiful Skin Takes Time

The goal is simple: healthy, fresh and naturally radiant skin that still looks like you.
